Caroline Roberts

Caroline is the Director of the Direct Marketing Commission and previously acted as Secretary to the Direct Marketing Authority from 2002.  She joined the Direct Marketing Association as Director of Public and Legal Affairs in June 2001.  Before joining the direct marketing industry, Caroline spent twelve years as Director of Public Affairs for the Brewers and Licensed Retailers Association, the national trade association for the beer and pubs industry. Prior to that, she worked in Parliament for ten years, six of which were spent working for the Rt.Hon. Nigel Lawson, MP, who was then Chancellor of the Exchequer. 


Suzi Higman

Suzi is the Deputy Director of the Direct Marketing Commission and previously acted as Assistant Secretary to the Direct Marketing Authority from 2002.  She joined the direct marketing industry in 1994 as PA to the Chief Executive of the Direct Marketing Association.  Subsequently in 1997 she managed the DMA’s Human Resources and Business Services and she also managed the Direct Marketing Agency Register, an impartial selection service for clients and agencies. 


Samantha Binns

Samantha is the Administration Manager of the Direct Marketing Commission and joined just before the Direct Marketing Authority relaunched into the DMC.  Prior to this, Sam spent five years working with the Mailing, Telephone and Fax Preference Services teams, a consumer resource which helps to reduce unsolicited marketing telephone calls, mailings, faxes and emails.
